I am blessed to be surrounded by a number of good friends, some good and others not so much. One of my friends offered me a selection of books from his awesome library. Warhammer has always been one of my favorite games. What interests me is the depth of the storyline behind the game. So much so, that to know the entire viewpoint of a particular race, you may need to go to the novels. The current series I peruse is the history behind The Horus Heresy. To know more, don't hesitate to google or wikipedia it.
I am lucky to have obtained the currently prized game of the year, Call of Duty: Black Ops. I have not been able to level up as much as I've hoped to online, but I have had the opportunity to play Combat Training with my sister just to get used to how the game is. I finished the storyline within a day. It wasn't a very interesting story, in fact, a friend of mine and I joked that it was vaguely similar to Fight Club. (I AM VIKTOR REZNOV!!! I AM TYLER DURDEN!!!)
I am also blessed to be able to drive around. My mom allowed me to take it wherever I please, as long as I keep her informed about where I'm going. It's amazing driving around with my iPod blaring music out of the speakers. It feels rejuvenating.
There are loads of things to be thankful for, but as of now that's all I can think of so far. Hope to write again soon!
